Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Generalist to join a fast-paced and growing organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of independently managing core HR responsibilities while collaborating closely with employees, managers, and leadership teams.
This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance operational excellence with employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, while acting as a trusted HR partner to the business.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, confirmations, documentation, and exit formalities
Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and databases
Handle attendance, leave management, employee documentation, HR letters, and policy-related communication
Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and best practices
Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related requests
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and support employee relations initiatives
Partner with managers to enhance engagement, retention, and overall employee experience
Performance Management & HR Business Partnering
Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals
Support managers in performance discussions, employee development, and succession planning
Work closely with leadership on key HR initiatives and organizational priorities
Assist in implementing HR programs aligned with business goals
Recruitment Coordination
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and workforce planning
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offer rollouts, and onboarding
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Compliance, Reporting & Administration
Support HR compliance and maintain required documentation
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership review
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data
Assist in audits and compliance-related activities
Candidate Profile
7–9 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
Strong exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and presentations
Exposure to working with senior leadership teams is preferred
