Terms of Service for Cryzdal

1. Introduction Welcome to Cryzdal ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our recruitment services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • Client: Any individual or organization using Cryzdal's services to find candidates.

  • Candidate: Any individual applying for job opportunities through Cryzdal.

  • User: Refers to both Clients and Candidates.

3. Services Cryzdal provides recruitment services to Clients seeking to fill job vacancies and Candidates looking for employment opportunities. Our Services include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting suitable candidates for job openings.

4. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete job descriptions, requirements, and any other relevant information to facilitate the recruitment process.

  • Inform Cryzdal of any changes to job requirements or the hiring process promptly.

  • Treat all Candidates introduced by Cryzdal with respect and professionalism.

  • Compensate Cryzdal as per the agreed-upon terms and payment schedule.

5. Candidate Obligations

  • Provide truthful and accurate information, including CVs, qualifications, and employment history.

  • Inform Cryzdal of any changes in employment status, qualifications, or contact details.

  • Attend scheduled interviews and respond promptly to communications from Cryzdal and potential employers.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Clients agree to pay Cryzdal the fees as outlined in the service agreement. These fees are typically based on a percentage of the successful candidate's annual salary or a fixed fee arrangement.

  • Payments are due within the specified period after the candidate's start date, as outlined in the service agreement.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate specified in the service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

  • Cryzdal will maintain the confidentiality of all client and candidate information, using it solely for recruitment purposes.

  • Clients and candidates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by Cryzdal.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Cryzdal strives to ensure the accuracy and quality of candidates presented to clients but makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, performance, or retention of any candidate.

  • Cryzdal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the recruitment process, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or reputation.

9. Non-Solicitation Clause

  • Clients agree not to approach or engage Cryzdal's employees or representatives directly for recruitment or employment for a period of 12 months following the termination of our services.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Cryzdal complies with all applicable data protection laws when handling personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials on Cryzdal’s website and marketing materials are the property of Cryzdal and are protected by copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Termination

  • Cryzdal reserves the right to terminate the Services at any time, with or without notice, if a User violates these Terms or engages in activities deemed harmful or detrimental to Cryzdal’s reputation or business interests.

  • Clients or Candidates may terminate their engagement with Cryzdal by providing written notice. Termination does not absolve the Client from the obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi.

14. Amendments and Modifications Cryzdal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Entire Agreement These Terms, along with any service agreements entered into with Cryzdal, constitute the entire agreement between Cryzdal and the User, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
