We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion across North India. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in B2B sales, key account management, and HR consulting, along with a proven ability to execute market strategies and build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Revenue Generation:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving acquisition of HR consulting assignments, including HR strategy development, leadership development, and training needs analysis.

  • Maximize profitability through B2B sales and effective cross-selling of high-value solutions and services.

2. Client and Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative sales support and strengthening strategic partnerships.

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects in collaboration with internal teams.

3. Market Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement market plans to strengthen presence across North India.

  • Identify and participate in relevant industry forums, networking platforms, and HR events to enhance market visibility.

  • Collaborate with professional bodies and associations to expand outreach and generate business opportunities.

4. Leadership and Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Provide market insights and client feedback to support product development and service enhancements.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership, planning, and execution capabilities in driving regional growth.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management, preferably within the HR consulting domain.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Expertise in consultative selling and executing market expansion strategies.

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and organized with strong planning abilities.

  • In-depth understanding of the North India market and experience building client networks in the region.
