The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the project management team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading software customer deployments. This role involves planning, executing, and closing deployment projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery while minimizing operational disruption.
The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also a strategic thinker and problem solver, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive deployment plans, define project scope, and create strategies for successful software deployments.
Team & Resource Management: Coordinate and lead internal and external teams, allocate resources effectively, and manage project budgets.
Execution & Monitoring: Oversee implementation, track progress against timelines, and monitor key performance indicators.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deployed software meets technical requirements and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders while building strong relationships.
Risk Management: Identify potential issues, develop mitigation plans, and resolve them efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Key Skills
Project Management: Understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project).
Leadership: Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development methodologies and system compatibility.
Organization: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
Experience working in a growing organization
Strong communication and collaboration skills
