Cryzdal is hiring a performance-driven Recruiter to independently manage client mandates and deliver quality talent across mid and senior-level roles. The candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates.

  • Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, databases, references, and networking.

  • Screen, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer closures.

  • Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Build talent pipelines for recurring roles.

  • Achieve closure targets and delivery timelines.

  • Mentor junior recruiters when required.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3- 7 years of experience in recruitment/staffing/executive search.

  • Strong exposure to mid-level hiring across functions.

  • Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in offer negotiation and closures.

  • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.

  • Self-driven and target-oriented in a remote environment.
