About the Company: Our client is an innovative cookware startup dedicated to transforming the kitchen experience with high-quality, stylish, and functional products. They are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive their sales efforts in the New Delhi area.


Job Description: The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing field sales activities, building and nurturing relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers, and achieving sales targets. This role is critical for expanding market presence and driving revenue growth in the New Delhi region.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Scaling B2B Sales: Develop and implement strategies to scale B2B sales on a regular basis.

  2. Strategizing and Presenting: Create and deliver monthly presentations to grow sales and overall revenue.

  3. Field Sales Coordination: Coordinate with field sales executives to ensure alignment and efficiency.

  4. Sampling Campaigns: Design and execute sampling campaigns to optimize and create a qualified B2B customer database.

  5. Developing Client Schemes: Develop various schemes to attract more clientele and enhance customer engagement.

  6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports on a weekly basis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  7. Lead Conversion: Convert leads generated through marketing efforts and generate self-leads to drive sales.

  8. Product Surveys and Audits: Conduct surveys and audits to understand product trends and accordingly price the products.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year as a Field Sales Executive in the cookware industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of the New Delhi market and customer base.

  • Must have a bike for field sales activities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in email communication.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
