Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Training Centre Operations Head to lead and manage a semiconductor-focused training centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, curriculum development, operations management, and industry collaboration to ensure the training centre meets evolving industry needs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Program Development

  • Develop and implement a roadmap to establish the training centre as a premier learning hub for semiconductor technologies.

  • Collaborate with industry leaders, academic institutions, and professional bodies to design and update the curriculum.

  • Lead initiatives to integrate practical training with real-world semiconductor applications.

2. Operations & Resource Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring smooth execution of training programs.

  • Manage resource allocation, including infrastructure, tools, and learning technologies.

  • Develop policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage trainers, administrative staff, and technical experts.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Industry Collaboration

  • Represent the training centre at conferences, industry events, and forums.

  • Engage with corporate partners to identify skill gaps and align training programs with industry demands.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from trainees and industry partners for continuous program improvement.

5. Financial & Business Management

  • Develop and manage the training centre’s budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

  • Generate revenue through fee-based courses, grants, and industry partnerships.

  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.

6. Compliance & Technology Integration

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

  • Oversee the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies.

  • Explore innovative learning tools to enhance student engagement and operational efficiency.
