Role Overview: Contribute to growing the Consulting and Capability Building practice by conceptualizing and leading projects across Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Process Consulting, and Talent Management. The role involves working closely with the sales team as a functional expert to design client solutions and representing the organization as a thought leader in external forums such as webinars, roundtables, and conferences.


Key Responsibilities


1. Client Project Execution

  • Serve as a senior member of the Consulting and Capability Building team with responsibility for end-to-end project delivery.

  • Lead diverse projects including HR capability building, talent assessments, leadership development, and HR process consulting.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and NPS scores by delivering projects as per defined scope and timelines.

  • Represent the organization as a subject matter expert and thought leader in external knowledge-sharing platforms.


2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Partner with the sales/business development team as a functional expert to co-create consulting and capability building solutions.

  • Oversee or develop customized proposals, pitch decks, and costing sheets for client prospects.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s full suite of products and services, including but not limited to consulting, learning programs, certifications, conferences, research, and membership solutions.


Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • MBA with a specialization in HR.

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in HR Advisory or Consulting roles.

  • Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Human Resources and related areas.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills, logical thinking, and collaborative mindset.

  • High levels of integrity, service orientation, and willingness to learn.

  • Flexibility to travel and manage variable working hours.
