Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Sales Executives, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets.
B2B Sales Scaling:
Drive B2B sales growth by identifying new opportunities within the cosmetics industry and optimizing existing strategies.
Strategizing and Presentations:
Develop monthly sales strategies and present plans to enhance sales and overall revenue.
Create compelling presentations to communicate strategies and results to stakeholders.
Coordination:
Coordinate sales activities with the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient execution of sales plans.
Market Penetration:
Develop and implement innovative schemes and campaigns to attract new clients and increase market share in the cosmetics sector.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed sales reports on a weekly basis to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Lead Management:
Convert leads generated through marketing efforts and proactively generate new leads to expand the client base.
Market Research and Product Pricing:
Conduct surveys and audits to stay updated on market trends and customer preferences.
Price products competitively based on market insights and trends.
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sampling Campaigns:
Organize and optimize sampling campaigns to build a qualified B2B customer database.
Qualifications:
Specific experience in the cosmetics industry with a minimum of 5 years.
Demonstrated success in managing a sales team.
