We are looking for a driven and consultative Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the South India region, with a strong focus on Chennai. This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B sales, especially within HR solutions, consulting, or service-based environments.
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic selling and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and revenue generation across the Chennai and South India region
Build and manage key client accounts through a consultative sales approach
Identify and close opportunities in HR consulting services including:
HR Strategy
Leadership Development
Training & Development
Execute market penetration strategies aligned with business goals
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling high-value services
Participate in industry events, forums, and networking platforms to build market presence
Identify new partnerships and collaborations to expand business reach
Ensure achievement of sales targets and consistent pipeline growth
Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction
Candidate Profile
6+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management
Strong preference for candidates with experience in HR consulting or HR solution sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote setup
Strong network or exposure within the Chennai / South India market is a plus
