We are looking for a driven and consultative Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the South India region, with a strong focus on Chennai. This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B sales, especially within HR solutions, consulting, or service-based environments.

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic selling and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and revenue generation across the Chennai and South India region

  • Build and manage key client accounts through a consultative sales approach

  • Identify and close opportunities in HR consulting services including:

    • HR Strategy

    • Leadership Development

    • Training & Development

  • Execute market penetration strategies aligned with business goals

  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling high-value services

  • Participate in industry events, forums, and networking platforms to build market presence

  • Identify new partnerships and collaborations to expand business reach

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and consistent pipeline growth

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction


Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in HR consulting or HR solution sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote setup

  • Strong network or exposure within the Chennai / South India market is a plus
