Role Overview: We are hiring for our client – a growing FMCG startup that specializes in premium honey-based edible products. They are expanding their footprint across India and are looking for a Sales Executive to drive franchise sales and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert potential franchise partners to expand brand presence.
Actively participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to generate franchise leads.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through both online and offline lead generation.
Present the franchise business model to prospects and guide them through the sales and onboarding process.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new franchisees.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Experience participating in exhibitions and lead-generation events.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
