Role Overview: We are hiring for our client – a growing FMCG startup that specializes in premium honey-based edible products. They are expanding their footprint across India and are looking for a Sales Executive to drive franchise sales and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert potential franchise partners to expand brand presence.

  • Actively participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to generate franchise leads.

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through both online and offline lead generation.

  • Present the franchise business model to prospects and guide them through the sales and onboarding process.

  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new franchisees.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.

  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience participating in exhibitions and lead-generation events.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
