Role Overview: As the Lead Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical psychology services for clients, their families, and partner organizations. You will also support the development of diagnostic, therapy, and training services. This role combines clinical, administrative, and strategic responsibilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:
Supervise a team of psychologists and ensure regular peer supervision and case discussions.
Oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans and interventions.
Conduct assessments and provide direct clinical services to clients/patients as needed.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards in psychology.
Develop and deliver training programs both internally and externally.
Assist in hiring new talent including conducting interviews and screening candidates.
Manage clinical internship programs and establish community partnerships to maintain a steady stream of interns.
Administrative Oversight:
Evaluate and monitor the clinical competencies of psychologists and communicate feedback to management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate mental health services within the organizational structure.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of mental health programs to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Business Development:
Support business growth and the development of new service lines.
Strategic Planning:
Identify opportunities for expansion, improvement, and innovation in mental health services.
Stay up to date with trends, research, and best practices in psychology and mental health.
Collaborate with leadership to promote mental health awareness in the community.
Research and Innovation:
Keep informed of developments in mental health and digital psychology.
Explore and recommend new technologies, tools, or treatment methods.
Collaborate with academic and research professionals on studies and evaluations.
Other Responsibilities:
Undertake other duties as required by the role.
Comply with internal policies, procedures, and safe professional practices.
Report hazards, accidents, or incidents to the relevant department or management.
Work with attention to safety for self and others.
Promote a culture of diversity and respect.
Requirements
Qualification: RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in clinical and leadership roles.
Location: Based in Delhi.
Skills:
Strong expertise in clinical assessments, therapy modalities, and supervision.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
