Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer (ID) to join our dynamic learning and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and enhancing leadership training programs using innovative and modern instructional design approaches. The role requires working closely with various stakeholders to ensure content quality and alignment, while delivering an impactful learning experience through both in-person and digital formats.


Responsibilities:

  • Redesign workshops using hybrid and microlearning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences

  • Collaborate with the Product Leader and I/O Psychologist to ensure content alignment with learning objectives and psychological best practices

  • Create facilitator guides, participant materials, and asynchronous learning assets to support blended learning environments

  • Participate in alpha and beta feedback cycles and incorporate relevant insights into final training designs


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in instructional design

  • Proven experience with leadership training programs

  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Rise, Canva, and other relevant platforms
