Role Overview: We are seeking an HR Consultant to support the growth of our Consulting and Capability Building practice by delivering high-impact solutions across Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessment, and HR Process Consulting. This role includes executing client projects, supporting business development through solutioning, and ensuring documentation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Execution of Client Consulting Projects
Lead and execute consulting projects end-to-end, ensuring high client satisfaction and NPS scores.
Project areas include HR Capability Building, People Manager Development, Talent Assessments, and HR Process Consulting.
Collaborate with internal teams and external facilitators/SMEs, while maintaining ownership of project delivery as per scope and timelines.
2. Customer Acquisition & Business Development Support
Partner with the business development team to conduct needs analysis and design tailored solutions for prospective clients.
Develop impactful proposals, pitch decks, and pricing sheets aligned with client requirements.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the full suite of services offered, including consulting, capability building, learning programs, certifications, research, and events.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
MBA in Human Resources or related field.
2–7 years of experience in HR Advisory or Consulting.
Strong interest and expertise in HR, learning, talent, and leadership development.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and logical thinking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
High standards of integrity, service quality, and teamwork.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on project needs.
