Role Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of the brand across conferences, social media campaigns, digital assets, consulting presentations, and internal communications. The ideal candidate understands both design and storytelling and is comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments—with strong exposure to AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels—including social media graphics, banners, email creatives, carousels, video thumbnails, brochures, infographics, decks, and whitepapers
Translate strategic messaging into visually compelling content across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Mailchimp, etc.)
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, events, and consulting teams to maintain brand consistency across all visuals
Lead visual branding and design for major events and conferences
Design visually engaging consulting decks, case study booklets, and data reports (often working with senior stakeholders)
Contribute to AI-assisted design initiatives using tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, etc., to accelerate creative workflows
Help establish and maintain visual templates, brand guidelines, and internal design systems
Work with external vendors and printers for offline collateral when needed (backdrops, booth design, banners, etc.)
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–10 years of experience in a fast-paced, brand-led environment (agency or in-house)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro) and Figma/Canva
Exposure to AI-driven design platforms (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Runway ML, Firefly) is a big plus
Strong portfolio that demonstrates an eye for layout, color, typography, and branding
Good understanding of social media formats, B2B marketing aesthetics, and digital storytelling
Comfortable working across multiple deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional teams
A good balance of creative independence and openness to feedback
Interest in the future of work, technology, leadership, and HR is a plus
