Location: Gurugram | Job: Full Time | Industry: HR Consulting | Experience: 8+ years

Role Overview: We are looking for a Manager – Graphic Design who can own and evolve a large, multi-touchpoint brand across conferences, digital campaigns, consulting deliverables, and internal communications.
This is not a production-only role. The person in this role is expected to think, question, articulate, and collaborate, often with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
If you are comfortable translating abstract business objectives into structured visual narratives and explaining why your design choices work, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and visual direction for large-scale marketing campaigns, industry events, and conferences
Translate positioning, messaging, and business goals into clear, compelling visual systems across:
Social media campaigns
Event branding and collateral
Digital assets and long-form content (reports, whitepapers, decks)
Partner closely with marketing, events, consulting, and leadership teams to align visuals with intent, not just aesthetics
Design high-impact presentation decks and reports used by senior stakeholders and external partners
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, visual templates, and internal design systems
Contribute to faster creative workflows through AI-assisted design tools and experimentation
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners for offline assets when required
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality, clarity, and consistency
Ideal Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in brand-led environments (in-house teams, agencies, consulting, events, or B2B marketing)
Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Motion tools are a plus)
Comfort working with presentation-heavy formats and structured content
Ability to independently interpret briefs, ask the right questions, and propose visual approaches
Strong sense of layout, hierarchy, typography, and narrative flow
Exposure to AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway)
Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments without losing attention to detail
