We are searching for an Account Manager to collaborate with and support the Business Development Manager. This client-facing role provides high-touch customer support from lead generation through to product delivery. We are looking for a result-driven, computer-literate individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Strong relationship-building skills and an outstanding customer service mindset, combined with due diligence in operational procedures, are key. An interest in Leadership and Organizational Development, as well as a willingness to continually learn, is essential. The role also requires the ability to learn on the fly as the organization and its business ventures grow rapidly.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand the best fit between capabilities/products and market/customer needs, prepare proposals, and support sales for a portfolio of products.
Handle new business leads from marketing or existing accounts efficiently.
Direct customer interaction to influence, guide, and consult in securing new orders.
Work effectively with team and departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer contacts and interaction via a Dynamics database.
Coordinate with Client Services to ensure smooth service for participant registrations.
Participate in trade shows, sales events, webinars, and web demos.
Generate and validate quotations & price estimations to deliver a project.
Communicate critical and detailed information to other departments for efficient and accurate delivery to customers.
Provide support for sales order entry, customer order records, billing, subscriptions, and other customer-related tasks.
Assist the Technical Support Team for on-site troubleshooting, as needed.
Maintain exceptional knowledge of the regional market to act quickly on new opportunities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s in business, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate business or market development, specifically in selling executive training and development programs.
At least one year of experience in sales/client management with large multinational clients, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
Previous experience with accounts in India is preferred.
