About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading management consulting firm in Gurgaon. This role is a strategic and hands-on finance position, responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial operations, audits, compliance, and reporting, while collaborating with global stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4–5 finance professionals, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables across AR, AP, CA, and CS functions.

  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, cost and revenue forecasts, and MIS dashboards for management.

  • Oversee statutory audits, manage schedules, and ensure timely resolution of audit queries and compliance with recommendations.

  • Manage GST, TDS, transfer pricing, and income tax compliance, including reviewing filings and reconciliations.

  • Supervise accounting operations including payroll verification, reconciliations, provisions, and accurate closure of books on time.

  • Drive annual budgeting, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to leadership.

  • Review and safeguard commercial agreements, ensuring legal and financial compliance.

  • Monitor and improve finance processes in alignment with company SOPs and systems such as NetSuite.

  • Coordinate with banks for payments, remittances, and new financial processes as required.

  • Ensure timely completion of all regulatory filings including RBI, FLA returns, MSME reports, and ROC forms.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent finance qualification preferred.

  • 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within management consulting or professional services.

  • Strong expertise in GST, TDS, income tax, and transfer pricing.

  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing a team.

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with global teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with financial systems such as NetSuite; familiarity with process optimization preferred.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
