We are seeking an expert Leadership Development practitioner to join our team as a Faculty member. In this role, you will design and deliver a range of custom leadership development engagements for various leader levels, partner with business development and sales teams to build client confidence, and achieve revenue and margin targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitate leadership development programs in multiple modalities, including face-to-face, live online, and blended formats.
Act as a subject matter expert in client account teams for discovery, design, and relationship management.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities during client engagements and support regional business development efforts.
Design and develop leadership development solutions using sound adult learning principles, ensuring financial viability and positive contribution to margins.
Develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies, support key account CRM, and build credibility with clients.
Collaborate on content development for new and revised programs, including custom solutions.
Manage select key accounts, identify opportunities for deeper engagement, and support revenue generation.
Stay updated on industry solutions, methodologies, and invest in personal development.
Selection Criteria:
Extensive delivery experience and expertise in facilitation and content delivery.
Passion for human-centered development and knowledge in leadership, organizational development, talent management, and related fields.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in various facilitation settings.
Competence in instructional design and analytical ability to understand leader behaviors.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate business or organizational development, with international experience being a plus.
Strong facilitation, program delivery skills, and familiarity with technology options for learning design.
Education Required:
Master’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field. A PhD or other doctoral degree is a plus.
Note: This role requires flexibility to travel.
