Position Overview:
A rapidly growing leader in the Electronics manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering professional to join its dynamic team in Bawal, Haryana (India).
Important Note: This is an international opportunity for professionals currently based in Taiwan, Malaysia, or Vietnam who are open to relocating to India. Full relocation support, including visa assistance, accommodation, meals, and travel, will be provided.
Seeking a Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and automation experience to lead preventive and predictive maintenance across manufacturing equipment. This role requires in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, PLC/SCADA, automation protocols, and a structured approach to reliability engineering and equipment upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Handle electrical systems (PLC, servo drives, interlocking circuits, sensors).
Maintain mechanical systems (pneumatics, valves, gauges).
Implement and track MTTR/MTBF metrics.
Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone).
Maintain equipment logbooks and shift-wise documentation.
Ensure plant safety compliance and basic equipment hygiene.
Lead improvement initiatives aligned with TPM, lean maintenance, and AM/PM pillar activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for process discipline, resource availability, and documentation.
Key Skills:
Basic & advanced electrical systems
PLC (Mitsubishi/Omron), SCADA, VFDs, sensors
CMMS & equipment monitoring systems
TPM, MTTR/MTBF planning
RCA Tools (Fishbone, FTA, 5 Why)
Pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves
Communication & team leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 compliance
Graduate in Engineering or related field
Proficient in MS Office and maintenance tools
