Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join a leading cosmetics manufacturing company based in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing ecommerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Meesho. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of the company's online sales strategy, including ads, listings, and overall platform management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Oversee and manage product listings, promotions, and overall presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Meesho.

  • Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales on various ecommerce platforms.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance the online presence of the brand.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on sales, ad performance, and other key indicators.

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained for online sales.

  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer queries and reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest ecommerce trends, platform updates, and competitive activities to keep the brand competitive.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align online sales efforts with overall business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the cosmetics industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Meesho.

  • Strong understanding of online advertising, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in ecommerce management tools and software.
