Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across Instagram and Facebook, with a strong focus on influencer marketing and content strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands the beauty and cosmetics industry inside out and can bring creativity, structure, and results to our online brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram and Facebook, tailored to the cosmetics audience

  • Create monthly content calendars, coordinate with design teams for product-focused posts, reels, and videos

  • Plan and lead influencer collaborations – from outreach and negotiations to execution and performance analysis

  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, responses, and DMs

  • Monitor beauty and skincare trends to create timely, viral content

  • Track campaign KPIs using tools like Meta Business Suite, and report actionable insights

  • Align social media content with new launches, product education, promotions, and brand events

  • Maintain consistent brand tone and aesthetics across all platforms


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of social media experience specifically in the cosmetics, personal care, or skincare industry (mandatory)

  • Hands-on experience managing brand pages on Instagram and Facebook

  • Proven success in executing influencer marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of the beauty market, social content trends, and audience behavior

  • Proficiency with social media tools and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and visual storytelling skills
