Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of custom modules and integrations across MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and BIS (Business Information Systems) platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop scalable software solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis on critical system issues and ensure prompt resolution to maintain uptime and business continuity.
Execute AI/ML projects focused on production optimization, predictive maintenance, inventory management, and anomaly detection.
Work closely with data engineering teams to clean and prepare large-scale factory datasets for AI/ML modeling.
Deploy AI/ML models in production, monitor their performance, and optimize for business impact.
Integrate MES/WMS systems with ERP platforms like SAP and third-party applications for seamless automation and data flow.
Design and implement APIs, real-time dashboards, and data pipelines to drive actionable insights across operations.
Champion digital automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and productivity.
Identify and promote opportunities for digital transformation through smart factory technologies and Industry 4.0 practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their fitment for ongoing innovation and competitive advantage.

Strong expertise in programming (Python, C#, Java).
Deep experience with MES and WMS platforms.
Proven ability to develop and deploy AI/ML models in real-world applications.
Solid understanding of relational databases, API development, and cloud platforms.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional team setups.
Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 10–12 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably within manufacturing or warehouse systems.
Language: Strong command of written and spoken English.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong programming skills in Python, C#, and Java.
Other Skills: Logical thinking, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset.
