Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion in North India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, key account management, and HR consulting, with a proven ability to execute market strategies and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Revenue Generation:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in line with organizational goals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving business acquisition of HR consulting assignments, including HR strategy development, leadership development, and training needs analysis.
Maximize profitability through B2B sales and cross-selling high-margin products and services.
Client and Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing consultative sales support and fostering business partnerships.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of projects while maintaining high service quality standards.
Market Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement market plans to strengthen the company’s presence in North India.
Identify and participate in industry HR forums and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility.
Partner with professional bodies to increase outreach and drive business momentum.
Leadership and Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Provide insights and feedback to support product development and service improvements.
Lead by example, demonstrating proactive planning and execution skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
7-12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management, with a preference for candidates from the HR consulting industry.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Expertise in market plan execution and consultative sales approaches.
Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Knowledge of the North India market and experience building client networks in the region.
