Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion in North India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, key account management, and HR consulting, with a proven ability to execute market strategies and foster long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development and Revenue Generation:

    • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in line with organizational goals.

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving business acquisition of HR consulting assignments, including HR strategy development, leadership development, and training needs analysis.

    • Maximize profitability through B2B sales and cross-selling high-margin products and services.

  2. Client and Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing consultative sales support and fostering business partnerships.

    • Ensure timely and effective delivery of projects while maintaining high service quality standards.

  3. Market Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement market plans to strengthen the company’s presence in North India.

    • Identify and participate in industry HR forums and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility.

    • Partner with professional bodies to increase outreach and drive business momentum.

  4. Leadership and Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

    • Provide insights and feedback to support product development and service improvements.

    • Lead by example, demonstrating proactive planning and execution skills.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7-12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management, with a preference for candidates from the HR consulting industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Expertise in market plan execution and consultative sales approaches.

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational and planning abilities.

  • Knowledge of the North India market and experience building client networks in the region.
