Job Summary

We are hiring Regional Managers - Business Development for Gurgaon, Mumbai and Pune to lead business growth in North and West India. The role focuses on business acquisition, client relationship management, and revenue generation within the B2B space. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HR consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in consultative sales and key account management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business acquisition and revenue generation in the assigned location (Gurgaon, Mumbai or Pune).

  • Lead business development efforts for HR consulting assignments, including HR strategy development, leadership development, and training needs analysis.

  • Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and implement market plans, targeting new business opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategy.

  • Maximize profitability through B2B sales and cross-selling high-margin products and services.

  • Build and strengthen market presence by identifying and participating in industry HR forums and networking opportunities.

  • Consistently meet sales targets, deliver projects effectively, and maintain high service quality.

  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities within the North and West India region.


Required Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, key account management, and consultative sales in B2B.

  • Prior experience in HR consulting Sales is preferred.

  • Strong planning and execution skills with expertise in market analysis and account management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive profitability.

  • Proactive and strategic approach to business growth and problem-solving.
