The Regional Manager will focus on business development, specifically pre-sales and sales support, with a goal to drive sustainable financial growth through increased sales and strong client relationships. The role involves responding to RFPs, tenders, and developing new sales opportunities by exploring new regions and organizations, including Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs), Government of India (GOI) ministries, State Governments, and other government sector establishments. The Regional Manager is expected to meet revenue targets and build a robust sales pipeline for future growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the growth strategy, as formulated with leadership, with a focus on the PSE and Government sectors, emphasizing financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new PSE accounts, central and state government entities, and their HR/leadership needs.
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new clients.
Contribute to prospect identification, proposal writing, opportunity development, pitch preparation, and client presentations.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and collections. Create reports and dashboards to track key sales cycle metrics.
Build advisory capability and deep knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively pitch them to clients.
Provide after-sales support and foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a relevant role within the PSE or government sector.
A strong track record of sales achievements.
Established relationships and networks with HR, Marketing, and Leadership positions in PSEs and government establishments.
Familiarity with PSE and government sector structures, hierarchies, and protocols.
Strong market knowledge and cultural understanding of PSE and government operations.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build collaborations and rapport.
Ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and handle uncertainty proactively.
Demonstrated skills in sales planning, prospecting, and customer-focused selling.
Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
High energy levels, professionalism, and a goal-oriented mindset.
