Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Business Development professional to drive revenue growth across conference sponsorships, delegate sales, partnerships, and HR consulting solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong market presence, develop key accounts, and lead consultative B2B sales initiatives across the Dubai/UAE region.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive end-to-end business generation across consulting solutions, conference sponsorships, delegate sales, and strategic partnerships.

  • Maximize revenue and profitability through B2B sales and cross-selling high-value offerings such as conference packages, sponsorship slabs, workshops, and consulting solutions.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with overall regional growth strategy.

Conference & Event Sales

  • Build and execute conference sales strategy including sponsor acquisition, exhibitor onboarding, and delegate generation.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for conferences, summits, and industry events.

  • Ensure successful execution and revenue delivery of conferences and related initiatives.

Consultative Sales – HR Solutions

  • Lead acquisition of HR consulting mandates including HR strategy, leadership development, training needs assessment, and related engagements.

  • Position consulting offerings effectively through a consultative, solution-led sales approach.

Key Account & Partnership Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, partners, and professional bodies.

  • Strengthen market presence through participation in industry forums, networking platforms, and HR events.

  • Develop strategic alliances with associations and conference partners to enhance brand visibility and drive business momentum.

Planning & Execution

  • Execute market plans and sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.

  • Maintain high standards of project/event delivery and overall service quality.

  • Track performance, manage forecasts, and ensure consistent target achievement.


Candidate Profile

  • 7–12 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Conference/Event Sales, or Consultative B2B Sales.

  • Experience in HR consulting or selling within the HR/events/conference domain will be strongly preferred.

  • Strong expertise in market planning, conference sales strategy, and account growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and drive consultative sales.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
