We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and establish strong relationships with end customers and industry influencers such as architects and interior designers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets, brand building, and delivering exceptional customer service in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Sales Targets:

    • Drive aggressive sales growth to meet and exceed assigned targets.

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

  2. Customer & Influencer Engagement:

    • Build trust and strong relationships with customers and influencers (e.g., architects, interior designers).

    • Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  3. Brand Building:

    • Collaborate with the Region Head and Brand Communication Team to strategize and execute brand-building initiatives in the area.

    • Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

  4. Customer Service Excellence:

    • Deliver benchmark customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.

    • Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in business development, sales, or key account management (in building materials industry).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and influencers.

  • Strategic thinker with strong brand-building and customer service acumen.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement
