The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform business strategies.


  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients across various industries.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions to meet those needs.


  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.


  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement business development plans in line with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

  • Monitor and report on business development performance and KPIs.


  • Networking and Industry Engagement:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.

  • Represent Cryzdal at various forums and build a strong network of industry contacts.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
