The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform business strategies.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify, target, and secure new clients across various industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions to meet those needs.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement business development plans in line with company objectives.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Monitor and report on business development performance and KPIs.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
Represent Cryzdal at various forums and build a strong network of industry contacts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
