Role Overview:As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and closing deals. You will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in the healthcare and mental health sectors while meeting revenue targets and exceeding business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Expansion: Develop and implement business growth strategies to enter new markets and expand in healthcare sectors.
Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with healthcare institutions, schools, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Lead sales efforts, secure new partnerships, and generate revenue.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategies and understand competitor activity.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle, including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams like product, marketing, and operations to align strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Event Representation: Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
Reporting & Analysis: Track business development metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of business development experience in the healthcare or mental health sector.
Proven track record of closing deals and forming long-term partnerships.
Strong understanding of healthcare services, mental health, and digital health solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
MBA preferred, with a focus on business or healthcare management.
