Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Amazon Ads Specialist to
lead and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon’s platform. This role requires expertise in creating, managing, and analyzing ad campaigns to enhance sales, increase brand visibility, and maximize ROI. The Amazon Ads Specialist will play a critical role in shaping long-term advertising strategies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage strategies for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to drive sales and brand
awareness.
Conduct keyword research, optimize ad targeting, and refine campaigns based on
performance data.
Manage daily/weekly ad budgets, bids, placements, and ensure efficient ad spending.
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to drive improvements.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum
performance.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon Ads platform updates, trends, and new features to ensure
best practices are utilized.
Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of advertising
efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
2-3 years of proven experience managing Amazon ad campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, keyword research, and data-driven optimization techniques.
Experience using keyword research tools and strategies for ad optimization.
Analytical mindset with a focus on improving ROI and campaign performance.
Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail industry trends.
Proficiency in interpreting data, analyzing campaign metrics, and generating insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data and
recommendations to stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills and Experience:
Certification in Amazon Advertising.
Experience with other digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon product listings.
Familiarity with Amazon's analytics tools, such as Amazon Attribution and Amazon
Marketing Cloud.
Experience managing large-scale, complex ad campaigns with multiple targeting strategies.
