Responsibilities:
Build and lead a scalable team with expertise in Adaptive AUTOSAR within the Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) domain.
Prepare detailed technical solutions and documents to support RFQ/SOW responses.
Manage key customer programs involving Service-Oriented Vehicle Diagnostics (SOVD) and Adaptive AUTOSAR Stack Integration.
Develop end-to-end competencies, including Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, and Vehicle Validation.
Define and manage test planning for Unit, Integration, and Acceptance testing.
Plan the integration of SAE Level 2, 3, and 4 ADAS and Autonomous Driving features into functional software.
Work hands-on with POSIX-based operating systems, such as AGL, Ubuntu, QNX, or GHS Integrity.
Apply expertise in communication protocols, including Ethernet (TCP/UDP), SOME/IP, HTTPS/RESTful APIs, DDS, UDS, and DoIP.
Lead and manage teams effectively, including capacity planning and people management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering disciplines.
8+ years of experience in leading automotive embedded software development projects using C/C++.
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in technical and commercial tasks, including offer preparation and customer presentations.
Proficiency in integrating MATLAB/Simulink with Adaptive C++ using tools like TargetLink or Embedded Coder.
Knowledge of modern automotive technologies such as OTA, SOA, and Microservices.
Hands-on experience with design, development, and testing tools from Vector, EB, or ETAS.
Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434).
