Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement for our cosmetics brand.

  • Create and manage content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and X.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement through influencer marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully executing social media marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.

  • Experience in influencer marketing and working with influencers to promote brands/products.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
