Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement for our cosmetics brand.
Create and manage content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and X.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement through influencer marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
Proven track record of successfully executing social media marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
Experience in influencer marketing and working with influencers to promote brands/products.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
