Ecommerce Brand Specialist- Shopify Expert

About The Job: Our established and growing company is looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused E-Commerce Brand Specialist to focus on one of our main DTC brands. You’ll be a valued member of the marketing team within a well-established e-Commerce company. This position requires a hands-on approach along with clear and effective communication with outside partners and internal team resources.

This position is remote with flexible timing .However it will require you to be available (On Zoom & Call) from India time 7.30 PM -12.30 AM (EVERY DAY)

Responsibilities include:

  • Growing brand awareness, user engagement, and e-commerce sales

  • Optimization and improvement of our brand(s) DTC website on Shopify Plus

  • The Ecommerce Specialist will be accountable for delivering an exceptional online experience on all marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc.) and our website to  maximize conversion and increase sales. 

  • Optimize and improve user experience and execute marketing campaigns through multiple channels including email, social media, PPC, display, retargeting, SEO, direct mail and related eCommerce channels

  • Proactive and continuous A/B testing and UX optimizations

  • Testing & optimizing website merchandising, marketing campaigns, promotions, & new marketing channels

  • Establish KPI baselines and effective measurement processes

  • Assess key performance indicators (KPI’s) and implement initiatives to increase revenues, conversion, margin, profit, customer retention, & customer acquisition

  • Assess and present a high-level weekly analysis of website and brand performance

  • Lead the rollout of future marketing strategies and tactics through evaluations of previous activities

  • Grow annual revenue and customer count

  • Develop marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, advertising, pricing, promotions, and customer support strategies

  • Working with outside partners/vendors to establish expectations and maintain project details, timelines, and budgets

  • Coordinate a detailed calendar of marketing promotions and their ROI

  • Occasionally working with the executive team on special projects

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • 4+ years experience working within a brand, managing a brand website, and growing brand awareness

  • A proven history of e-commerce success and ROI tracking

  • Experience using or familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong financial and marketing analytics and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work and excel with minimal supervision

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations

  • Team-player with a positive attitude

  • Strength in data interpretation and analysis

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Demonstrated eCommerce experience

  • Online brand management experience

  • Direct to Consumer (DTC) experience

  • 5+years of marketing and management (project management expertise preferred)
