Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Prospecting: Research and engage with potential leads to understand their needs and present relevant products/services as solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of industry-specific products/services and effectively communicate their value to prospective customers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update reports with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Sales Operations:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and management.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline and optimize sales processes and workflows.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or sales operations.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
