Job Description:


We are a growing market research startup seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative consumer market research. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of target audiences, and expertise in end-to-end project management. Proficiency in quality checks, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Excel is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proposal Design: Assist in designing research proposals by identifying target groups, selecting appropriate markets, and estimating costs to ensure comprehensive and accurate project plans.

  • Respondent Verification: Conduct back-checks of respondents to verify the accuracy and reliability of the data collected, ensuring high-quality research outcomes.

  • Quality and Timeliness: Liaise with the research and field teams to ensure the data collected is of high quality and delivered on time, maintaining the integrity and reliability of our research outputs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution, ensuring seamless integration of various project components.

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support for various ad-hoc research tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • 2-3 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer market research.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of target audience analysis and segmentation.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management, from planning to execution and delivery.

  • Expertise in conducting quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Google Meet for effective communication and collaboration.

  • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and project management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a market research startup or a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with additional project management and research tools.
