We are an E-Commerce company with both B2C and B2B operations. We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in Google Ads and Facebook to help boost our sales through online advertising.


Role Overview:

You'll report to the Company Director and lead the marketing team. Your main job will be to

manage and improve paid ads on Facebook, Google, and other platforms to get the best results for us in USA Market. You'll also handle tracking and analytics to make sure we're getting the most out of our ad spend.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Scale ad spending effectively while maintaining profitability.

  • Develop and present strategies for different channels.

  • Analyze performance data to find growth opportunities.

  • Use conversion rate optimization techniques like A/B testing to improve results.

  • Ensure proper setup of Google Analytics and Data Studio reports.

  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

  • Work with the creative team to develop ad materials.

  • Test new ad formats and tools.

  • Conduct keyword analysis and suggest optimizations.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Facebook and Google Ads, including campaign setup,

  • management, and optimization.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and brands, with strong analytical skills to improve

  • performance.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and willingness to learn more.

  • Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and Search

  • Console.

  • Passion for data and ability to derive actionable insights.

  • Comfortable working independently in a flexible role.

  • Interest in working with innovative brands that offer exciting products to the U.S. market.

  • Relevant qualifications are a plus, especially Facebook Blueprint or Google certifications.
