We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with 1+ years of experience to join our team and assist in delivering exceptional service, including after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
Provide comprehensive after-sales service, including addressing issues related to product performance, repairs, and replacements.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
Assist customers with product support and troubleshooting for electrical stamping and power tools.
Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, logistics, and technical support) to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any after-sales concerns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line to accurately inform and assist customers.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further action.
Update and maintain customer records, including contact information and interaction details.
Assist in preparing customer service reports to track feedback, after-sales service trends, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing or a technical field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience in handling after-sales service, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with electrical products or tools is a plus.
